Shipping Information

At Carson®, we strive to make sure your order is packed and shipped with care and excellence, every time. To that end, we ship all orders via FedEx Ground unless informed otherwise. Please note we have the ability to ship via various methods, but those instructions will need to be indicated on your purchase order.

We ask that you inspect all deliveries and when available provide a signature upon receipt. We will not charge your account until your order has shipped.

US

We ship US orders to arrive via FedEx Ground Delivery. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday FOB our warehouse in Kittanning, PA 16201; weekends and holidays are excluded.

If you would like your order shipped via UPS, please provide us with a collect number; or if you would like your order shipped via LTL/FTL common carrier please indicate that on your purchase order with all routing instructions.

*Please note all shipping methods and instructions on your Purchase Order if they are different from our standard shipping method.

We guarantee that your shipping charges will not exceed 20% within the Continental US, excluding all product displays and hardware - standard shipping rates will apply to these items.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Orders shipped to AK, HI, and PR are delivered via USPS, unless otherwise specified.

APO/FPO/PO Boxes

We can not ship any orders to a PO Box. We can accommodate catalog requests to PO Boxes.

If you need your order shipped to an APO/FPO, it will ship via USPS unless otherwise specified.

International Deliveries

For all international orders outside of the United States and Puerto Rico we must be provided with a freight forwarder address located within the United States. If you have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Team, 800 888 1918.

Claims

We are not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. The common carrier assumes all responsibility for safe delivery of the merchandise and all claims must be filed directly with the common carrier within 15 days from receipt of goods. We can initiate the claim with UPS and FedEx provided you have notified us within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must retain the damaged items and the interior and exterior packing cartons. UPS and FedEx will automatically cancel your claim if the original packaging is not available for the inspector to examine.

Rates

Standard Delivery Shipping

Standard FedEx ground shipping rates will apply to all prepaid orders unless another shipment is specified on your purchase order.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges.

2nd-Day & Next-Day Rush

Customers are responsible for all rush freight charges.

Under Order Minimum Fees

These fees will apply to any order that does not meet our minimum order total for each product line. A message will display in the shopping cart if the order total does not meet the minimum requirement.

Payment

If you pay by credit card, we do not charge your credit card until time of shipment.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our catalogs and online are in US dollars. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and to deem which price and/or description are correct.
